So my RED Sea Max s400 is leaking and seams to be from the bottom seam.

Does anyone know the warranty on these tanks for such things? any advice on how to repair it? Seems I need to breakdown the whole tank and try to repair, but would like to get some feed back.

Thanks. Al

You really need to contact Red Sea for the exact terms of there warranty. Perhaps @RedSeaKev can speak on this issue.

To repair a tank with a leaking bottom seam it's a major tear down, since you need to have the tank clean and dry. They you need to remove all the silicone from all the inside seams, clean the surface so it is absolutely clean and reseal the tank. They let the sealer cure and you can setup the tank again.
