These small brittle stars are generally considered to be good clean up crew members. You can leave them be.

Looks like a Brittle Star Fish to me. If it is (we should wait for other opinions before you react to my response), it's safe but it is known to try and eat some corals if it can't fins enough food. Keep it alive, separate from your display tank and hopefully a more experienced reefer will chime in soon.

How big is it? If it is small, like an inch across, it is good. I dont know about the bigger kind, though

Most of the brittle/serpent stars are considered reef safe. The exception is the green serpent star. These have been know to take small fish.

They are tiny very small hanging out in a nano I had sitting around

Also found a crab trying to get a pic thought maybe emarald but it is reddish brown and look like it has sharp claws in same tank as stars right now :) post a pic as soon as I get one
