Quarantine fish tank?

Hey everyone. I have been looking on the forum and can't really find much about Quarantine tanks. I want to keep my DT disease free and healthy so that being said, what would you all recommend as far as size? I need something that will work for fish that will be going into a 125 gallon tank. Such as a yellow tang. I have seen that regular HOB filters will work for these. Anything else I should know about them before i set one up? Anything on specific gravity or meds to add to tank? Comments and Advice are much appreciated thank you!

Kudos on doing things the RIGHT way. I learned my lesson the hard way. My fish are in quarantine right now for an Ich outbreak.

Thank you reefer for the article! answered all my question and then some! and JJB103 thank you for the positive input seems like another money pit to saltwater keeping but like all the others it seems to be well worth the time and money! lol
