Pods? Algae? Odd fleshy translucent growths in the shaded areas

I have these odd fleshy translucent growths in the shaded areas of my tank. Mostly under rocks and in crevasses. They look kind of like pods but they do not seem to move. I had a hard time getting a good picture, any idea what these are. The just popped up all over the place.

Tough to tell from these pictures because of the white rock but they look like copepods from the pictures you supplied.

When the lights go on to they run for cover?

From the look of it, mostly the second picture, they look like pineapple sponges. I got a bunch around my tanks mostly in shaded, lowish flow areas. :spinner:

I think that's what they are from the pictures I have found. I thought they were pods at first but they are firmly anchored to the rock. Are these good, bad, indifferent?
