With the Hanna Alkalinity checker that reads 120 ppm, what would I multiply that number by the get my dkH reading?

Looks like I can also take the reading from the meter and then multiply it by 0.056 to get the dKH.

Yes thats what i do. Grap my phone bring up the calc and mutliply by .056 and you get your DKH So simple even I can do it LOL Really I love the hanna checkers and my goal is always 150 which is 8.4 DKH. After a wile you dont need to use the calc once you know what your goal is

Yep, I have one on the way.

That cell phone calc is a handy tool. It almost makes me feel like a chemist/biochemist/marine biologist. I said ALMOST.... LOL

I used my Hanna for the first time yesterday. Very easy to use and apparently very accurate.

Alk was at dKH 9.24, by the way.
