Ocean free 24L pico marine tank

Hello everyone im new to this hobby and would appreciate any advice i can get. I just started my nitrogen cycle with 5 pounds of live rock and 4 pounds of sand and threw some fish food to get it going i also added some live bacteria to speed up the process. So how am i doing so far ?

My first question is, what do you plan to keep in the tank?

This is a very small tank for SW, and as such, it's very easy to make a mistake and have a tank of very dead livestock.

Just one fish a couple snails and a shrimp, would that be pushing the limits ??

Excellent. Your not going over the limits of the tank at all. Done properly this could be a real gem.
