nemateleotris decora strange spirals on the fish

Hello,

I have a problem with my decora. On the body from one side I found strange spirals. I try find something but subject is hard for me. I found only this https://pl.reeflex.net/tiere/7085_Cardiodectes_bertrandi.htm

What I should do with it? fish now is separated in "hospital" tank and I put little
Methylene Blue but after two weeks it is still on my fish and is growing. Please look photo

I think you have the fish diagnosed correctly. I also did some searching and didn't find much information.

I did see that this is a parasitic copepod. I have never had a fish with this condition, so what I'm saying here is a bit of guessing on my part.

Since they used a 20 min fresh water dip, and this treatment is usually harmless to the fish, I'd start there. Make sure the FW is matched as to temp and pH before you put the fish in it.

Since this is a fairly big parasite you might be able to manually remove it. I'd still keep the fish in quarantine for awhile though, just to make sure that's the only one.
