need help getting micro bubbles on protein skimmer

I just bought this coralife protein skimmer off of Amazon. It arrived a couple days ago, I had goofed everything up the correct easy but when I had first plugged the skimmer up. There was no water coming into my reactor chamber so I had checked to see what was going on and the propeller wasn't working so I went inside the pump and found out what the problem was, Problem 1 solved......Now my second problem is my silent air house tube is not sucking any air to allow the skimmer to make the micro bubbles??? If anyone who had this skimmer came across this problem or know anything about skimmers, please help

If it's not sucking air and the pump is moving water, you have a blockage in the air line some place. Take it all apart again and look for blockages. It the skimmer has a muffler on the air line, that can be blocked also, so check that out too.

This should not be too hard a problem to fix.
