Has anyone bought from them lately? I just bought a nanoskimmer ap24g from them but my order confirmation email says I bought something else. I tried to call both the numbers on the site but no answer..... one was disconnected. If anyone has any info about them I would greatly appreciate it.

I haven't bought from them recently, but I'm waiting on a Sapphire skimmer for my AP24g. Is that what you're talking about?

I've been in email contact with them weekly about it. Last I heard from them was February 10th.

I have bought from them (both long ago and lately) and they are a pleasure to work with. I actually had the pleasure of meeting them at MACNA last year.

Give them a call or email them. I've never had any problem with contact or customer support with them.
