My chromis is always at the top left of my tank

I have a 8 gallon jbj rimless
Nitrate 0
Nitrate 0
Ammonia 0
PH 8.3
Sg 1.021
I just got my green blue chromis from my local fish store and after I put it in its been chilling in the top left of my tank.

Hello Lmorrow, When You say I just got him does that mean today? Is there another fish in the tank ? If so it may intimidate the chromis. Consider covering the tank tonight. chromis might want to jump out ! Please let us know how the fish is doing tomorrow.

Oh Ya forgot to say, somebody is surely going to say Your Sg is a little low !

As @cracker implied, it can take a few days for a fish to settle in. Unless a fish is looking obviously sick, I wouldn't worry too much about any particular behavior for the first couple of days.
