I have a quick question. I am adding 2 additional 150g tanks to my current system (3 tanks that total 210gal). Will adding these tanks cause a new cycle? I currently have approx 250lbs of live rock between the first 3 tanks and sump. I can add the new tanks one at a time. The new tanks will just be run empty for about a month (because of the inability to find the fish i want locally). I will slowly be adding dry rock to the tanks. I can also take some of the live rock from the established tanks and add them to the new tanks.
I just really want to know if addin 300g will restart the cycle as i have a medium bioload in the other tanks for a little over a year
