In need of HELP!

So I've had two ballasts take a dive in my original RSM250 with the curved glass. I'm wondering if this ballast will be an easy replacement for the current ballasts, the specs look to pan out but I just want to make sure. Any help is greatly appreciated as I need to save my corals!! I've ordered three of these and hope they'll work!

Those are the ballasts I ordered ^

The ballast should work from an electrical standpoint, but it may not be an exact match from a mechanical standpoint. You may need to do some minor refitting, but considering that the ballasts are about 1/6 the cost of an official replacement, I'd say it's worth a shot.

If you get to the point where you just can't stand the stock T5 lighting, you can order an LED drop in upgrade from Steve's LEDs - https://www.stevesleds.com/Red-Sea-Max-250C250-LED-Upgrade--Plug-and-Play_p_192.html It's not cheep, but you'll get lots better light, and because it's LED, your tank will run at a cooler temp.

Thank goodness they'll work from an electrical standpoint, pretty sure I'll be able to Jerry rig it if need be. Now with regards to the steves leds, they look great and I've been searching for a used unit for ages to no avail! I may need some help with regards to plugging these new ballasts in, don't really know where the wires would go other than once I take the hood apart. Thank you!
