I have fry of some sort

I think it is or maybe shrimp But I'm not sure what to do next. I am planning on getting them out of the main tank and put them in a little 6 Ltr glass tank to grow. Question is What sort of filtration do I need if any ?? And what do I need to feed them on ?

Looks like Copepods to me. They are crawling on the glass not actually "free swimming"?
I watch copepods with a magnifying glass in my refugium.
I think it would be hard to move them to a different tank
