i heard they love the taste of garlic and so it entices them to eat more. Most foods have garlic in it. Sometimes when i do this a stray garlic chunk floats out and the fish gobble it up...

I just use Seachem Garlic Guard and soak my frozen food & pellets in there for a few hours before I feed to the tank.

I use Kent Xtreme Garlic, It's STRONG! I use only 1 drop per cube when I feed frozen plus a few drops of Selcon and my fish all inhale it.

I have used Selcon and I have also purée'd garlic gloves. It's cheaper but messy. I say kent marine or Selcon
