I purchased a Red Sea Max Nano on Saturday from my local LFS to dip my toe back into saltwater fish keeping, I have it all set up with 8kg of reel reef rock and RS pink live sand so I’m just waiting for the cycle to finish up so we can get to the fun bit!
I previously tried marine fishkeeping about ten years ago but I just jumped in without really doing proper research and I was trying to convert my tropical tank into a marine without a sump and it never really went too well. It won’t go like that this time, I am testing, testing, testing and dosing to make a parameters exactly where they should be to make it a success.
No doubt I’ll be having some questions for you all along the way.
