HELP!!! Critters taking over the glass surface of my tank/refugium

So I have a new 155 gallon build that is about 2 months old and I just started to notice these little white specs o salt on the aquarium and refugium. There is about 1000+ of these tiny little guys and i'm starting to get alittle scared.
