I'm in the UK and had a couple of issues with my MAX (all my own fault as it happens), and just wanted to say a huge "thanks" to Steve from Red Sea for going way above & beyond etc in sorting my problems out. Awesome service. Cheers m8

Glad you got the issues resolved, and yes - Red Sea has always had exceptional customer service! I didn't realize you were in the UK. I wish more users would put a location in their profile - even a country would be better than nothing LOL! :)
