Feeding. How much and how often?

I have a 130D. 2 Clowns and a fire shrimp. Very Large Polyp Garden. and a tiny bubble frag. CUC.
A very new tank. Trying to judge how much you feed the fish and corals. Feel a bit tentative at the moment. Not sure how much to feed?
Any help would be great!:spinner:

A general rule of thumb would be to practice and feed only what your fish will eat (completely) in about 3 - 5 minute period.

I feed pretty heavily (imo) and in my 130D, I feed one cube frozen - every other day - in my RSM 250 I feed two.

I feed the whole tank, including all my corals that like spot feeding with a turkey baster.

For my Tang (he is a grazer), I keep nori hung daily
