Egg of some kind?

Are these eggs or what? This is about the 3rd time something like this has shown up? It's not salt creep as they are inside the tank.I was
cleaning out side when I saw them and just snapped a pic.

Could be snail eggs. Possible worm too. Like tube worm or some type of feather duster. Is it hard? Tube like?

Steved13 nailed it. Cerith snail eggs and for some reason they love to lay them on the glass. Fish love them.
