Day 11. Added some white live rock last weekend and also started RS mature kit. I believe this is diatoms forming?

At what point in the cycle would you guys recommend adding in a clean up crew?

Ammonia will raise then drop, followed by the Nitrites raising and then dropping, then the Nitrate will soar - once the ammonia & nitrites are gone,
then do water changes to reduce nitrates - tank cycled...

Ammonia > Nitrite > Nitrate

Tank cycled... added CUC, 1st fish, 1st coral...
