Not too much you can do. Not sure what tank it is, but if you have a fine polishing filter you can run that for a day or so. It will clear on its own in a day or two.

Have you cycled it? If not when you do all the bacteria born will grab those particles and out of nowhere the tank will just be crystal clear!

If its on a cycle tank I usually just make sure the carbon is good and let it all settle. It will.

Yeah its on a cycle tank but I can't put my rocks in because I can't see in the tank to place them correctly, I didn't want the sand settling on the rocks

Fine filter floss works well. I've been slowly building up my sand bed over the last several months on an established tank for future wrasses, and this is the reason why I am adding slowly, not as much cloudy water to deal with. It does clear up in a day or so if you don't have fine filter floss.
