I am looking to upgrade to T5s and am looking at the 4 bulb prewired retro kit from Icecap.

I see it only comes with one power cord but I was hoping to run two different timers for my lights so I can run the actinic lights at night. Any electricians out there that can help me out? Basically, I am looking to two on/off switches. One switch for the daytime bulbs and one switch for the actinic bulbs.
Here is the schematic. I will be using the 660/4 lamp configuration at the top of page 4.
