Then I think I have some of those also The ones I bought were referred to as "Jasmine Polyps"....they started spreading SO FAST that it kinda scared me. I took the rock covered with them back to the LFS, but they had already went on to a couple of other rock so I still have some I think they are very pretty. not worried about them so much now.

I was sold these as Jasmine polyps... & yup they spread like crazy.
So now have small rocks placed next to them, which I can give to friends.

They are so very pretty (look like little flowers :flower::flower::flower I think I'm going to let them bloom in my tank & not worry too much about not being able to thin them if I feel I need to. I just got afraid they would over-grow my zoas.

That's the rock I took back, the left overs from it are just starting to multiply fast again. I will let them fill in as long as they don't try growing over other corals.

Chopping time.... The big green maxi mini is now two small green maxi minis...

Abt 15mins later the one holding on to some rubble went to the bottom of the tank

The second pc is in a floating box with some rubble to attach itself to before it can be put into the tank

The green maxi mini nem healed in about 4 days...

so now have 10 small nems...
chopped the rest!

Recently got a sea cucumber and it poops like crazy... tough time cleaning up all the poop.

...the peanut sized strung up balls of poop, which ofcourse the mata tang wants to eat!

sea cucumbers are cool but they are freaky looking.. a buddy of mine has one and his poops pretty much everywhere also..

So some new additions... a whip fin fairy wrasse went into the main tank.
Also a male female pair of red Solon fairy wrasses....first additions to the new tank. Pictures soon.

This is the Whip fin Fairy.... colours were a lot subtle for the first few days, but now have gotten a lot more intense.
Images are bad coz of light reflection.

Over the weekend saw this big black crab (abt 2" I'd say) doing the rounds in the main tank... so put up a glass jar trap to catch it.
Trap works, but got the wrong critter...
