Those seem to be your normal pond snail egg clusters. They look like a small mass of jelly with dots in them. Remove them if you don't want the snails, as they can overrun a tank.
Mystery snails lay egg clusters above the tank water level, so you'll find those along the rim or on the cover of the tank.
