HELP! Hood Lights no going on

I just recently replaced both bulbs and the light worked for about a week, now the lights will not go on, the fans do go on. Could the problem be the ballast?

It could be the ballast, but to be sure, what brand and model of fixture are you using?

It is the factory hood, Red Sea Max 130d

You could get a replacement ballast they seem to ba about $50. The other thing you could do is upgrade the lighting to LED lighting. Steve's LEDs selles a drop in upgrade.
