How to fix reef octopus impellar rotor

CAA02E33-F3F9-47FD-B8C8-C1023ACCCF9A.jpeg 4812E38E-2D40-4B4B-B6E9-7AAD678FBA87.jpeg Just bought a used reef octopus 1000 hob. Was loud on startup and external pump rattles a bit. Noticed the impellar is broken inside the pump. It isn’t stabilized because of this and rattles. It’s made of glass. Is there a glass to glass glue I can use that is aquarium safe that can handle the force of the spin or do I need a new rotor? Attached are pictures

That would be a "maybe" many devices in the hobby use the same pump, so it's quite possible it will work. Then again it may not.
