HELP! Frogspawn Bubble

Hello, I've had my Frogspawn for just under a month now and it's been doing great, but out of nowhere it slowly retracted and now has this big bubble covering where the head was. Does anyone know what this could be? Any help would be greatly appreciate!

Most likely the coral is dead or close to it. I think your seeing the results of decay deep inside it. However this can also sometimes be caused by a big change in the SG of the tank. In this case it may heal.

To check it, pick the coral up and give it the smell test. If it smells really foul and rank, you most likely have some decay going on inside it.
