Have 16 gal biocube with 1 clown 1damsel and one that is slim and gold/blue two tone (forgot species name) and several hermit crabs. One of them must be eating the corals (hammer and torch) but which one and why? Feed the fish every other day and corals once a week.

Did the polyps just up and disappear overnight or was there still some tissue attached to the skeleton? The polyps may have just bailed out, in which case they're probably lodged in the rocks somewhere. If you can you might want to post a picture of your tank and list the parameters.

Yes, the hammer polyps just disappeared overnight. One head went and then the next morning partial of another. Since then the last head has stayed okay. The torch was large and same thing - half went one night and then next day the rest was gone - left filmy brown stuff.
