Arcadia LED T5 in RSM C250

Like many others I struggle with heat issues in my C250. I was shopping around the other day for new bulbs and came across these...

Has anyone had any experience with them? I was wondering if they are better than standard T5's and also hoping they would reduce heat from the lights.

Thanks for the link.

My tank temp is around 26-28c in winter and 27-30c in summer. I think the issue I have is less the high temperature but the swings, the difference between the start of the day and evening is around 2c and that's caused by the lights.

My RSM 250 is currently 82° (28c) during the day and 79° at night. It's been this way for about 6 months. All corals (LPS and mainly sps) growing great

I have a Steves LEDs fixture in my 250. My room temp is usually around 76°, and with stock T5's it was always around 82-83. After installing the LEDs, the temp is stable at 78 during day and about 77 or 76 at night. The fixture has fans that blow all the heat out the sides so it's pretty much just the pumps causing the slight temp increase I think.
