Yeah I'm hoping it will grow out well there

I have added some more LPS to the tank as I know I can put them in without any issues at all added these Acans yesterday and I would say they are very happy.

Just got a video of my jewel tang at feeding time all the fish recognise the sound of pellets being shaken as food time but he goes like a hyper kid

3 new pieces added a fungia, bubble , small wall hammer back right behind big wall hammer

Acans also looking really happy they like trumpets

What with my anenome splitting and both parts moving around and one chalice coral got battered to death by its sting sadly I decided to remove them as I could potentially loose ££££ in corals should they go walking one end to the other.

This meant breaking down the left hand scape again !! To get them out but I'm happy with how it has turned out.

Just had a look back and I changed the tank over to the salty side 13 months ago and it has come a long way in that time here is 2 pictures for comparison.

A little update.

I see an orange shoulder tang a couple of weeks back for sale from a tank that was being broken down so went to view it and tonight I picked it up and is a lovely healthy fish as well as an urchin.

It has settled in well and there has been no real aggression from any of the other tangs. I has muched on pellet and frozen so seems happy enough.

It was in a 3ft tank so I'm sure it will be happy of the extra swimming space and the brother inlaw will move it upto his 8x3x2 should it get to big for mine so it has a good home secured for it even if it does outgrow my 6ft

Looking great! I'm sure your system has a ton of movement with all those tangs flying around.

Yeah it does plus I have 2 x RW15's in there and the 6000LPH coming up from return pumps so definitely no shortage of flow
