This is my new moonlighting arrangement... a single 1w superbright LED angled from the rear left of the tank toward the front right, which backlights the corals when viewed from the front of the tank. The light isn't this bright, but I enhanced it so that the effect is visible. My old moonlighting setup bit the dust... LED's just can't handle the heat from halides, which I've now learned. :)
